Now Health International will raise premiums for business underwritten in its European branch by 2%, while offering a 10% introductory discount for new individual Europe and Global customers.

The introductory discount is available until 21 December 2015.

To compliment the 20% co-insurance option, a new 10% outpatient co-insurance will be available and subject to a 5% discount.

Residents of UAE and Hong Kong will be able to access cashless out-patient direct billing at a lower cost than the nil excess via a new restricted network option.

Continued Personal Medical Exclusions, also known as No Worse Terms or Protected Underwriting Terms, will be available for groups of five or more employees based in Europe, allowing groups to change IPMI provider with no new medical exclusions.

For business written in Singapore and China, a No Claims Bonus has been introduced, with an automatic 10% discount on renewal if no claims are made, and a 15% discount over two or more subsequent years.

Claims made on business written in Singapore and China for the routine dental benefit will not affect the No Claims Bonus.

Alex Dalton, managing director, Europe at Now Health International, said: "These most recent enhancements have been designed to keep our product very benefit-rich, while keeping the impact to cost as low as possible.

"We believe that the updated proposition, combined with our existing excellence service, makes us one of the most competitive IPMI providers in the market today."
