Insurer Beagle Street and BAFTA-nominated filmmaker Gary Tarn have produced a one-second film for the Leap Second, #LeapSecondMovie.
The director was challenged to produce a film to celebrate the joy of being alive which would last a second. The leap second has been added to 30 June 2015 to account for slowing of the earth's rotation. The film consists of 25 frames with a four note sound track.
