ABI's head of protection moves to MAS

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has confirmed that its head of protection and health insurance, Helen White, has moved across to the Money Advice Service (MAS) on secondment.

After nearly 9 years with the ABI, White has taken the position of head of financial capability and strategic alliances at the MAS. 

The ABI confirmed that White is on secondment for a period of 18 months with the MAS. 

In the meantime, the ABI is looking for a successor to take over White's role. 

The ABI said: "We have commenced a comprehensive recruitment process to find a suitable candidate to lead the ABI's protection and health work."
