NFU Mutual will be taking part in The World's Biggest Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support at its Brook Street office in Leek.

On Friday 27th September members of the public are invited to attend the Coffee Morning from 9am onwards.

Alan Dickinson, senior agent at NFU Mutual said: "It is a sad fact but one in three people will get cancer. This event aims to bring the local community together in a relaxed and informal setting to help raise money for this worthwhile charity for a cause which everyone can relate to."

The coffee morning is one of Macmillan's biggest fundraising events, where people across the whole of the UK hold a coffee morning to raise money for Macmillan.

Dickinson continued: "In 2012 The World's Biggest Coffee Morning raised £15 million. Needless to say we aim to contribute a significant amount towards that sum to help those in need, so please come along and enjoy our amazing baking skills."
