Portus launches graduate training academy

Portus Consulting has announced its Graduate Trainee Academy will receive its first graduates this month.

Portus hopes the the Academy will help underpin its expansion following recent contract wins which have allowed more spending on training.

The Warwickshire based employee benefits consultancy has over 160 clients and also builds and manages online platforms with its Portus Online business.

Adam Riley, director of business development said: "We have developed the Graduate Trainee Academy in order to recruit high-calibre graduates who can build a career in the employee benefits profession.

"We will provide intensive training and support to enable individuals to play an integral role within Portus and expand their experience and expertise across the business to support our clients and growth plans."
