Westfield Health has announced a range of additions to its Foresight Healthcare Plan.
Available from April 1, the plan will offer an absence and risk management tool, employee assistance program (EAP) that includes cognitive behavioural therapy, consultation benefit and stand-alone scanning service, alongside an online personal health risk assessment, dental trauma, chiropody and homeopathy.
For employers support, it also includes 24 hour legal and HR advice lines and a company health report, which is available after employees have completed their online personal health risk assessment.
The cash plan provider says it has maintained corporate premiums on levels 1 and 2, but those for level 3 have been increased by 25p per employee per week.
A fourth level has also been added to provide a higher level of cover.
Jill Davies, chief executive at Westfield Health, said: "We recognise that employers and intermediaries are looking for a sustainable plan with innovative benefits that can complement PMI cover if required."
