Willis Employee Benefits has completed its purchase of PMI Health Group.

The new arm of the company will operate as Willis PMI Group while the business integrates with Willis Employee Benefits over the next six months.

The deal was first announced in July this year.

In addition to his role as CEO of Willis Employee Benefits, Tony Powis will become chairman and CEO of Willis PMI Group.

As COVER's sister title WSB revealed yesterday, Powis committed to launching a new corporate health and wellbeing proposition in the New Year.
