Willis Group holdings has appointed Nicolas Aubert as CEO designate of Willis UK Insurance, which includes its UK retail and global speciality businesses.
Aubert will report to the current CEO Steve Hearn in 2015, following a transition period and regulatory approvals he will take up his position to expand Willis' UK insurance business.
Hearn will continue as the group deputy CEO for Willis.
Aubert is currently the chief operating officer of American International Group and was formerly their managing director in the UK.
