Multiplex Healthtrust has announced a joint venture with New Vision Healthcare to administer its corporate private health trust schemes.
New Vision will market and sell its self-funding private medical trust proposition with a subsidiary company, Health Negotiator, acting as the medical case management company.
When intermediaries introduce new company clients to New Vision, its partner will provide all after-sales services including the production of documentation and the processing of claims.
Multiplex will act as a specialist administrator to the employer, establishing the Trust, then working with its trustees to establish the membership, handle claims, pay medical expenses and meet administration costs.
Alan Grinnell, healthcare services director at New Vision Healthcare, said: "More corporate firms and large affinity groups are learning about self-funding private medical treatment in trust.
"We are able to offer a complete service to broker's clients and with this joint venture, trust management and administration via Multiplex."
