Expatriate Healthcare announces customer reward scheme

Both existing and new international customers can claim premium discounts of up to 20% in a reward scheme launched by Expatriate Healthcare.

"Premium Rewards" is being introduced alongside changes to the company's international plans and the launch of a revamped website also going live on 1 July.

Premium Rewards are designed to reward customers who remain claim free by automatically discounting premiums. Discounts are applicable from the first year that a customer does not make a claim when they can earn a discount of up to 10%. The discount then rises to 15% after two years of no claims and then to 20% after three years.

New customers can claim the discounts if they can prove that they have not made a claim with their current insurer.

Expatriate Healthcare has announced a new excess level of 5,000 euro for customers who want to cover the most expensive medical events only; lowering the cost of their premium.

Lee Gerry, Healthcare Manager, Expatriate Healthcare said: "We believe, and I hope our intermediary partners will agree, that we have taken the lead in the expatriate medical insurance market in introducing a reward based scheme. It will offer a key selling point for brokers."
