PruProtect has launched an email campaign service for intermediaries.
The free Connect tool offers advisers various email templates that can be personalised with the firm's logo and brand.
Client data can then be uploaded to make targeted marketing campaigns that highlight any client need for protection.
Campaign results can be analysed in real time through web or mobile access, with management information such as: where the emails are being viewed, number of opened emails, percentage of click-throughs and the number of times the campaign has been "shared" on social media.
Advisers will also be able to see which devices clients are using to access emails. All client data is held remotely, and according to PruProtect, will not be accessed by the provider.
Kelly Thomas, head of marketing at PruProtect, said: "The tool can help advisers grow and enhance their client relationships. We know that more and more intermediaries are focussing on Protection, post RDR, and Connect is just one of the ways we are committed to supporting them."
Peter Chadborn, director of advice firm Plan Money, said the initiative was "excellent" in particular the management information that was available.
