Royal Liver urges better customer understanding

Progress from Royal Liver has launched a campaign to help IFAs gain a better understanding of their customers through data segmentation.

The campaign is designed to encourage advisers to analyse customer data and match it with potential business opportunities. It includes; face-to-face meetings with IFAs about the benefits of customer analysis/profiling; a suite of segmentation sales aids and a number of round table sessions with IFAs to open up the discussion further

Aidan Dewhurst, IFA Marketing Manager at progress from Royal Liver said: "Existing customers often hold the key to new business opportunities. Ultimately the goal is to help give advisers more options in terms of their strategy. And although the initiative is designed to help them through tough times, it's an approach that will continue to add value as and when things start to improve."
