The Exeter appoints TCP LifeSystems to replace IT platform

TCP LifeSystems has been contracted by The Exeter to re-develop their IT platform.

TCP has announced the deal as work begins on the project, phase one of which will deliver later this year.

The project will include provision for new customer and adviser portals aimed at providing a best in class adviser and customer journey.

Ashley Hale, business development director at TCP said: "The Exeter's drive to enhance their customer and adviser experience by offering extensive self-serve capability and innovative new propositions is a tremendously exciting opportunity for us to demonstrate the true depth and breadth of the capability of our SS/G platform."
