AXA PPP's Pan Africa Pan for individuals and SMEs is now available throughout Africa, having initially been introduced in Kenya and Tanzania.

The product is available to intermediaries licensed to sell insurance in African territories, and was launched in September 2014.

The plan provides access to care from AXA PPP International's hospitals and medical facilities in Africa, India and Pakistan, as well as a 24 helpline.

Rebecca Freer, head of marketing at AXA PPP International said: "Bringing Pan Africa Plan to a wider market through appropriately authorised intermediaries will enable us to meet the healthcare needs of an even greater number of individuals and businesses."
