An integrated back-office software package for private medical insurance (PMI) brokers has been launched by Sirius Financial Systems. The application, Swift Health, aims to bridge the current gap in software specifically aimed at the PMI market. Sirius aims to make its new product the industry standard system for the specialist market. Mike Dodd, chief executive of Sirius' UK systems division, said: "This is a first for the PMI market and will allow both insurers and intermediaries to enjoy real operational efficiencies when compared to current manually-orientated processes." Functions include workflow and policy management, client fact find, record keeping and commission invoicing.
