ALC Health has announced it will have all its claims handling carried out by Healix International from 1 January 2015.
The change will affect both new and renewing customers, and will be part of an exclusive arrangement.
Healix maintain a medically backed 24 hours a day and year round claims handling service with call centres in the UK, New Zealand and Singapore.
ALC Health are also extending their commitment to AXA PPP International as their main underwriting partner.
