ALC Health boosts online and Southern European presence

ALC Health has announced improvements to both its online offering and to its Southern European coverage.

The International PMI (formerly A La Carte) provider has announced there will be upgrades to its website within four weeks, ushering in the ability for online purchases.

Andrew Apps, director at ALC Health, commented: "This is not unique, but for a small company is a big step. Our future is very much web based and is very much about personal choice. We need to offer a level of service you cannot get from the bigger players."

ALC Health is also boosting its European centre in Marbella, Spain. The office has an expanded remit to deal with client sales, broker support and enquiries across the Southern European region. The team has been increased in size, rehoused and is now headed by Sue Wilson, director, who set up the company's operations in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Wilson said that going forward the firm would "use the same business model to further identify areas where ALC's products meet exactly the needs of expats living and working overseas."
