Cirencester friendly has reduced its nurse screening and GP administration times to get policies on risk faster.
The holloway income protection provider has also increased its adviser support sales force.
It credited the partnership with Medicals Direct as being the main reason for more than halving its average nurse screening times down to 12 days from 32 days and reducing its GP Admin average from 20 days to 13 days.
A statement from the provider added: "We recognise the importance of having a strong support team that IFAs can communicate with across the full range of mediums.
"For this reason we have increased the size of our sales team to augment our face-to-face and phone service and have also increased our online presence.
"We have also become members of the Institute of Customer Services to ensure that our practices are comparable to the best in the business.
"We are operating in a service led industry and we believe it is essential to embrace all communication channels to ensure that IFAs get the level of service they need, whether it is online, on the phone or in person," it concluded.
