Subcategories for medical decisions added to Online Protection Connect (OLPC)

Building on the last OLPC update, which showed high-level information at the point of sale explaining why a customer has been offered non-standard terms, Legal & General has announced further changes to the intermediary case management system. Aimed at providing more transparency around reasoning for non-standard terms during the adviser to customer journey, sub-category risk factors behind the medical high level reason for decision - for example, heart murmurs, asthma and blood pressure - have been added.
