Nearly two-thirds of people do not have will in place - Drewberry

The majority of UK adults are risking life without a will in place, research by Drewberry has revealed. The 2018 Drewberry Protection Insurance Survey, which collected data from 3,000 workers aged 18 to 65, found that 66.3% said they did not have a will, while those with one were in the minority of all age groups except those aged 55-plus (54.7% said they have a will). It also found that one in four Brits were expecting their families to rely on inheritance to see them through the financial difficulty caused by them passing away.
