Advisers can now offer life cover to those previously declined

The Exeter recently extended its ‘Managed Life' cover designed for type-2 diabetes and those with high BMI to include impaired lives, for applicants with multiple or severe health conditions, or those struggling to find cover elsewhere. Openwork has announced that this impaired life aspect has now been made available to its clients via its protection panel. This means the network's advisers can now offer life insurance to clients whose medical history might otherwise have prevented them from obtaining cover.
