International private medical insurance provider ALC Health has been focusing on online functionality development.
It has launched an online member service that aims to allow policyholders to check their details and submit, manage and monitor claims 24/7.
This Customer Online service is available to all policyholders whose cover commenced on or after 1 December 2011.
It will provide receipts for claims which have already been settled by the policyholder and tracking progress of claims.
Andrew Apps, director at ALC Health, said: "Over the past 9 months we have been working to add new functionality.
"These important enhancements aim to make the process of making a claim as simple and as straightforward as possible."
ALC has more enhancements planned in the coming motnhs.
