Bupa International launches short-term IPMI

clock

Bupa International has launched flexible short-term international private medical insurance (IPMI).

The Bupa Flex policy will enable customers to buy IPMI on a 3 to 11 month basis depending on needs; it will allow choice of policy length.

Muriel MacCallum, marketing director at Bupa International, said: "We have designed Bupa Flex specifically for short term needs.

"If someone is relocating abroad, or travelling on an overseas assignment through work, they may not necessarily want to take out a full year's policy, but will still want the cover."

Cover can be extended at any time during the policy.
