Cover has become the first IFA publication to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.

The magazine was walked up by Stephen Wynne-Jones, senior product marketing manager at Exchange FS. He scaled the mountain to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis therapy centres a charity that provides assistance to sufferers of MS and their families.

The group of 10 walkers raised £25,000 for the charity, including sponsorship of £300 from Incisive Media, publishers of Cover.

At 19,340 feet Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain in Africa and four times the height of Ben Nevis.

Commenting on his experience, Wynne-Jones said: "Without doubt this was the most difficult thing I have ever attempted to do, but it was also the most rewarding. Staring down on a continent at sunrise was an unbelievable experience made even better by the fact that we raised so much for charity."
