Advisers (86.75%) have said they want to learn more about artificial intelligence (AI) and how it could work for them, research by protection, mortgage and compliance services provider, Paradigm, has found.
This includes in areas such as process efficiency, marketing, verification, customer experience and business development. Paradigm surveyed 112 brokers on their feelings around technology and its potential impact on the mortgage and financial advice markets. It found that while brokers were increasingly engaging with AI tools and recognised its potential to improve efficiency and customer experience, many would welcome more support, training and guidance on how to "safely and effectively" integrate AI into their business operations.
