MetLife UK has promoted Charlotte Lade to its head of customer propositions, leading the development and delivery of the insurer’s value propositions across core individual protection and employee benefits business.

Lade has worked with MetLife since 2008, most recently as head of communications where she co-led the UK brand refresh and was "key" in the launch plans for the insurer's new ChildShield proposition, MetLife detailed. She also delivered the launch and communications strategy for MetLife's Funeral Concierge service within Employee Benefits. In the new role, Lade will be responsible for designing and implementing products to enhance customer value, MetLife stated, to meet the needs of customers in underserved markets.
