ICB Group and Finch Insurance Brokers and Employee Benefits to rebrand under French parent

On 1 December, ICB Group rebranded to Verlingue Ltd and on 1 January 2020 it will legally merge with sister company, Finch Insurance Brokers, also under the trading name of its French parent company. The newly formed broker will continue to operate out of the existing offices in Egham, Redhill, Manchester, Sheffield and London, and will be headed up by current CEOs, Mike Latham and Neil Campling.
