'UK employees spend £174 a month on wellbeing products'

Millennials are 'especially receptive' to workplace benefits

Employees in the UK spent an average of £174 per month on wellbeing products in 2018, research from Canada Life Group Insurance has found - double this amount (£347) was spent on average by workers in London. Without the capital's workforce counted as part of the national average, the monthly amount spent by employees across UK regions was £101, for wellness products which include insurance cover such as income protection and perks like gym memberships. The survey of 1001 UK adults also found that working millennials (aged 18 and 34) spent more than double the national monthly average...
