NHS satisfaction levels high but PMI sales up

National Friendly reports 40% rise in sales of out-patient plan

The latest GP Patient Survey indicates that 84% had a ‘broadly positive' experience of NHS GPs between January to March of this year, meanwhile mutual National Friendly has reported 40% increase in sales of its out-patient plan from Q4 2017 to Q2 2018. The high satisfaction level recorded by the survey, conducted by Ipsos MORI on behalf of the NHS, very nearly matches last year's score of 85%.
