Employers are not doing enough to support employees mental and physical health as NHS struggles, research by Westfield Health has found

Three-quarters of UK employees believe that National Insurance payments should be redirected towards improving workplace wellbeing, while 70% do not believe that the NHS has adequate budget to support wellness services, research by Westfield Health has suggested. The survey of 2,025 UK employees (April 2018) also found that six in 10 think the government could do more to promote wellbeing, while 86% believe firms are not doing enough to help employees deal with work-related stress, anxiety and other mental health issues.
