LifeSearch announces 21% increase in gross profits

LifeSearch has announced a 21% increase in gross profits in its results for the year ending August 2016 as the adviser firm also forecast the year ahead for its business and the protection industry.

Gross profits were reported as £6,801,904, the company announced at its annual awards.  The adviser firm also announced a 12%  increase in turnover to £25,205,265, a 49% increase in EBITDA* to £2,150,988 and 49% increase in earnings before tax to £1,646,197.  Last year LifeSearch reported an 8% increase in pre-tax profit to £1,102,468.  It also saw a 13% increase in turnover to £22,268,839, 13% increase in gross profit to £5,693,346 and a 17% increase in EBITDA to £1,515,140, compared to the previous year.
