Pacific Life Re has conducted on-going research into consumer attitudes towards purchasing life insurance. Here is a snapshot, in the final of a series of articles for COVER, of what the research uncovered.

It's important for us to take note of shifting consumer buyer behaviour and ensure we're geared up to make Protection easier to buy through consumers' preferred channels.  Pacific Life Re share their conclusions from their on-going consumer research.
