AIG Life has enhanced its online application system to manage client applications and existing policies.
Adviser can view AIG's contact history as it contains all documents and correspondence that have been sent to the customer, as well as a log of all changes that have been made to the policy. They can send policy documents to clients by email from the Plan Summary and the Customer Summary pages, and can also request to have blank trust forms sent via post to clients.
