Legal & General has today announced the winners of its sixth annual Business Quality Awards (BQAs).
Launched in 2011, the awards recognise the hard work IFAs and Network Advisers have demonstrated towards the retention of protection business and exceptional levels of customer service. The awards this year also compromised a series of presentations, including a discussion of L&G's Early Warning System and a welcome speech from new CEO, Bernie Hickman.
