Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line awarded customer service accreditation

Bournemouth-based insurers Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line recently received accreditation from national independent review site, Feefo, for achieving a consistently high service satisfaction rating from customers during 2015.

Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line have worked in partnership with Feefo since May 2014, who provide customers with the opportunity to leave reviews for over 2000 other companies.

Customers are sent an email from Feefo a day after purchasing a product from their chosen company, and then asked to rate their experience of the company, as well as leave a review.

Elliot Haysom, sales and operations director at Health-on-Line and InsureMe-on-Line said:"We are delighted to receive such an award and it is fantastic to have our sales agents recognised for the hard work they do in providing an outstanding level of customer service.

"This has been reflected by our customer reviews and the consistently high ratings we have received during 2015. The award itself was voted for by our customers, rather than industry judges, and therefore gains additional credibility. We feel this demonstrates our dedication to providing high quality customer service."

Health-on-line is one of the fastest growing private medical companies in the UK. Since becoming a part of the AXA Group the Company has continued to expand while providing its customers with a range of health insurance products and customer service. 

InsureMe-on-Line launched in 2008 and provides its customers with services including life insurance, critical illness cover and health insurance from a range of providers including AIG, Vitality and Legal and General.
