Three insurance industry recruitment specialists have joined forces to open a specialist insurance personnel consultancy, CPB Partners.

The new firm will focus solely on:

• life and health insurance and reinsurance,

• pensions, employee benefits and outsourcing,

• general insurance.

Simon Clark, a founding partner at CPB Partners with 14 years experience recruiting protection specialists, said: "I think that any positive story focusing on hiring talent into and between the protection companies is something to shout from the rooftops.

"We are proud and excited to have the opportunity to provide both existing and prospective clients with a tailored and specialist service for their own distinctive recruitment requirements.

"Having worked together for over five years, we felt it was both the right time and the right environment to begin this venture as a team," he added.
