Social media support service, SM Advice, has formed a strategic advisory board to support its growth and future direction.

The board members include Keith Richards, CEO, Consumer Duty Alliance; Stephanie Charman, CEO, Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI); Alan Knowles, managing director and founder, Cura Financial Services; Justine Randall, chief commercial officer, Tatton Investment Management; and William Lloyd-Hayward, CEO, Brightstar Group.
