Guardian launches IP policyholder emails

Marking one year of providing IP

Protection provider, Guardian, marks one year since launching its income protection (IP) product by issuing the first of its policyholder emails.

The emails, which go out to all customers who have a Guardian product, prompt policyholders to check their cover and speak to a financial adviser if their circumstances have changed in the last 12 months. Contacting customers regularly is critical for client engagement according to the provider, who says that it hopes the new policy will "help advisers to have these important protection conversations."
