The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a new campaign to address the insurance industry’s talent gap and common misconceptions around careers in the sector.

Targeting young people and those looking for a career change, the 'Insurance Influencer' campaign is being rolled out through the CII's 2022/23 New Generation Programme Broking group. The campaign aims to support industry-wide recruitment activity by showcasing the insurance sector positively, the CII noted.
