World Menopause Day 2023: Moving support beyond education

On World Menopause Day 2023, health and protection experts say employers must move beyond the education piece to better develop and implement more pro-active and effective support for women experiencing the menopause.

According to Debra Clark, head of specialist consulting at Towergate Health & Protection, it is positive that the menopause has become a topic of open conversation within the workplace, specific support structures need to be introduced.
