Benefex acquires employee benefits platform Cloud8

Continuing investment in providing online benefits management

Benefex has acquired digital employee benefits platform provider, Cloud8, including its product set for employees of small-to-medium sized (SME) businesses and high-growth organisations.

The deal continues Benefex's investment in providing online benefits management for organisations of any size, from SMEs to global enterprises. Over the last year, Cloud8 was searching for a new long-term investment partner to take its platform "to the next level in its evolutionary journey", chief executive Dipa Mistry Kandola commented.
