Reassured taps Matthew Donaldson as chairman

Brings 25 years’ experience to role

Reassured has announced the appointment of Matthew Donaldson to the position of non-executive chairman.

Donaldson will work with the board, investor Bridgepoint and Reassured chief executive, Steve Marshall, to continue pushing digital transformation and corporate partnership expansions at the brokerage. He brings with him over 25 years' experience having held several chairman roles at companies such as Three Rock Group, Ireland and BGLi following its acquisition by Markerstudy Group. Donaldson spent over 18 years at BGL Group, where he was group chief operating officer and led the development of BGL's digital strategy, he was also appointed group chief executive in 2013.
