77% say mental health has affected performance at work

Findings from the second Not a Red Card Forum in October

The Legal & General Not A Red Card survey found that more than three quarters of attendees have experienced poor mental health which had affected their performance at work - however this figure is lower than the 84% figure from last year's poll. Nearly six out of 10 (59%) said they would talk to a colleague if they were worried about the state of their mental health, which is an 8% increase from last year's survey.
