Only 17% women represented in senior insurance roles, The Pipeline's Women Count report reveals

The annual Women Count produced by diversity organisation The Pipeline has found that the ratio of women on executive committees of FTSE 350 companies has remained stagnant at 16% since its first report three years ago. This low level of female representation has been found to be pervasive across all senior insurance roles, with women representing 17% of executive committees and only 6% serving as executive directors on their respective boards.
