AXA PPP healthcare wins European award for service

AXA PPP healthcare has won the prestigious accolade of European Large Contact Centre of the Year at the 2015 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards ceremony held in London.

The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards are dedicated to recognising and rewarding professional excellence in the contact centre and customer service industry throughout the UK and Europe.

The award said it recognised AXA PPP's empathetic, caring and pragmatic approach to providing service to its members; its training programme for employees who provide that service; the service provided by its clinical centre; and its strong focus on doing the right thing for customers.

Sonia Wolsey-Cooper, membership and people director at AXA PPP healthcare (pictured), said:"This is a special award for us because, unlike many awards where decisions are based upon written entries, this was based on the judges first hand experience of our customer service teams in Tunbridge Wells, making the decision on the strength of what they saw and the people they spoke to.

"This is a major achievement and welcome recognition for all the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by everyone in our Customer Service team."
