Following a pilot period, One23crm, a multi-device customer relationship management software (CRM) has been released to the broker market by One23.co.uk.
The cloud based system, which integrates with Facebook, twitter and Linkedin, covers personal protection, business protection, private medical insurance or commercial insurance.
Alongside a client database it offers a facility for renewals, identifying new sales opportunities and generating multiple quotes.

It produces multi quotes for business and residential of up to nine at one time with no rekeying of data.
Group PMI quoting to all insurers with one click is also available, with quotes returned to the individual client
One23 also claim full compliance capability, able to be tailored to individual network or company requirements.
