FirstAssist has won a new contract to deliver its employee sickness absence management products and service to all of Lloyds TSB's 76,000 UK staff. It will be one of the largest absence management programmes in the UK and will consist of individual case management, organising treatment and providing medical services to staff. Tim Ablett, chief executive of FirstAssist said: "Lloyds TSB has a responsible attitude to the wellbeing of its staff which has a positive effect on the productivity of the business," he said.
