Emerging technologies are being embraced across various industries; they are digitising processes, automating services and streamlining customer journeys. The insurance industry is no different, particularly in the protection space. However, Descombes shares that there is a "surprising number" of insurance companies globally who still have manual processes - often using paper or PDFs to complete administrative tasks.
