Insurer-commissioned index surveys physical exercise of industries ahead of Flying Start campaign

AXA PPP's first ever ‘FIT-SE' Index, a study into the physical activity of industries, has found that property workers are the least mobile in the UK. The research, which looked at the time spent being active by individuals, including commuting and during-work hours, shows that estate agents exercise for 42 minutes a day. Farmers, meanwhile, were found to be most active, clocking up two hours and 44 minutes of exercise every 24 hours.
