Half (48%) of SME employees have voted for private medical insurance as their top most valued workplace benefit, according to Ellipse.
Just over a third (37%) voted for life insurance, making it the 2nd most valued overall. In addition, the report found that critical illness took third place with 31% of employees voting it in their top three.
